This list is an annual ranking of the fastest-growing privately held businesses in the United States and is the most comprehensive review of private enterprise ever assembled.

Atlanta, GA - Five PMAlliance consultants recently completed an intensive competency evaluation held by the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) -- earning the respected designation of Certified Professional Facilitator^TM (CPF). The IAF is the preeminent credentialing organization for individuals and companies who wish to demonstrate their skill, competency and expertise in the best practices of professional facilitation.

PMAlliance consultants routinely facilitate team-based planning and control sessions while delivering high-quality consulting services to clients around the world. Having Certified Professional Facilitators on staff helps PMAlliance maintain its position as a leader in the project management training and consulting industry. Consultants earning this designation were Kris Gross, Adam Gurewitz, Randy Hunt, Ritch King and Bryan McKnight.

The CPF designation is granted to a candidate after he or she has demonstrated competency in five core facilitation areas. During the assessment process, candidates must successfully display their capabilities through written documents, interviews, and a demonstration of facilitation skills. The process takes several months to complete, and is recognized as a significant accomplishment in the field of facilitation.

The specialized and thorough review process provided through CPF certification enhances the consultants' overall abilities, while the skills, tools and techniques provided through certification allow the company to add an even greater value to its clients.

The new certified consultants join nine PMAlliance facilitators who earned the designation in 2007: David Babbs, Solomon Balraj, Blake Ferguson, Donald Landis, Nathan McGee, Angelica Morales, Andrea Nagy, Matt Rodriguez and Mary Williams.

With only about 1,500 people worldwide having been named certified facilitators, this ongoing partnership with the IAF further demonstrates the best-in-class competency companies obtain when engaging PMAlliance for their project management needs.
